Damaged hair can be a pain. It doesn’t look or feel its best and it can be hard to find the right product when there are just so many options! While my hair has never been insanely damaged from bleach or dyes, it has gotten its share of heat damage. I’ve worked really hard over the past year to erase the damage and my hair feels much healthier than it used to.
Today I want to share with you guys a couple of products that have helped me along the way, and the best part? You can pick them both up at the drugstore!
The Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser Heal & Seal Treatment* is applied after your shampoo and conditioner. You leave it on for 60 seconds before rinsing it out. I love how quick and easy it is to use. I saw fast results with this treatment. When my hair dries it’s noticeably softer and shinier. It smells amazing and also helps control frizz, which can be a major hair problem of mine in the summer.
The Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser Strength Constructing Butter* is applied the same as the treatment but is left on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out. The mask builds stronger hair and protects hair from future damage. Like the treatment, this mask makes my hair soft and shiny while helping manage any frizz.
I personally like to apply the butter once a week and the treatment 2-3 times, but you could use them more or less depending on what your hair needs.
If you’re looking to repair your damaged hair, I definitely recommend checking out the Damage Eraser range from Garnier.
