The cold weather has really taken it’s time coming to Ontario this year. Now most people around me have been pretty happy about it, but I’ve actually been looking forward to more winter-like weather. It’s only recently been cold enough to break out my winter coats but I’m so happy the colder temperatures have set in.
I know most people hate the cold, but I love how cozy this time of year is and the cold weather and snow definitely helps get me excited for Christmas. This particular red coat I’m wearing is actually 4 years old! I scored it in a boxing day sale at RW & Co. and have loved it ever since.
The bright red is perfect for dreary winter days. It’s wool so it keeps me warm without being too heavy, which I really appreciate since winters can be quite cold here. I also love that it can be worn casually as I have styled it here, but works just as well if I need to dress it up.
The gold buttons compliment the red coat perfectly and though it’s a few years old, I still really like it and think I’ll be wearing it all of this winter as well.
