Energy is something I always feel I could use more of. I’m an avid caffeine drinker but even that sometimes isn’t enough. Especially lately; I’ve been trying to get up and get my workout in by 7:30 in the morning. Though I would consider myself a morning person, I’m pretty groggy for the first half hour of waking up.
I’ve recently been taking a teaspoon of The Energy Molecule from Fountain* first thing in the morning before my workouts and find it’s been helping me wake up and make the most of my early morning workout.
I love the packaging and while the bottle doesn’t seem that big it contains 48 servings, so it’s a really good deal!
The formula contains a concentrated energy complex of Creatine, Vitamin B12, and Hyaluronic Acid which works to provide sustainable, lasting energy throughout the day.
The orange flavour is a little sour, but something you get used to pretty quick. It can be taken on its own (how I prefer it) or mixed into juice or another beverage of your choice. It’s only recommended to take one teaspoon per day also.
I’m someone who doesn’t typically feel a energized after a workout and rather am ready for a nap. I’ve always been this way which is why I fluctuate so often on whether I want to work out in the morning or the evening. With my current schedule the morning has been a better fit in my routine but I find since I’ve been taking The Energy Molecule I don’t feel like crashing after my morning workout!
