With the holidays winding down, I have felt in need of some healthier food. I’ve had my fair share of sweets and large dinners, and I have hit my limit. One of my most recent concoctions has been this Green Pineapple Smoothie. It tastes really good and is packed full of nutrients. It has been my go-to for breakfast as it keeps me full without being too heavy. It’s also super quick and easy to make, making it a perfect option for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.
What you’ll need:
¾ cup spinach
1 cup diced pineapple
½ of a banana
½ cup milk (I use lactose-free)
½ cup coconut water
½ cup ice
Simply toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until well mixed.
