Christmas baking is one of my favourite parts of the holiday season! My mom always makes a variety of sweets to put out over the holidays and her Chocolate Marshmallow Squares are one of my all-time favourites!
They’re so creamy and chocolatey, you really can’t go wrong. You also don’t have to bake them, which is an added bonus if you don’t have a lot of extra time over the holidays.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Put butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a pan on low heat until melted.
- Once melted, stir in the mini marshmallows until they're well coated.
- Pour into an 8x9 pan and set in refrigerator to harden (at least 2 hours) and then cut into squares.
You can also double the recipe and use a 9×13 pan.
