Needless to say the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette has been getting a ton of hype. This always happens when a new Naked palette comes out as the shades are always stunning and the quality is always amazing.
I have seen countless reviews and tutorials using this palette that I debated on whether or not to review it myself. I couldn’t resist though as it such a pretty palette that is perfect for summer!
The packaging is absolutely stunning and the quality is great, as to be expected. The palette includes a full sized mirror and double ended brush, which is standard.
Inside are 12 gorgeous amber hued neutrals from warm browns, to burnt oranges, to rich siennas:
‘Ounce’ – ivory shimmer
‘Chaser’ – light matte nude
‘Sauced’ – terracotta nude
‘Low Blow’ – matte brown
‘Lumbre’ – copper shimmer
‘He Devil’ – matte burnt red
‘Dirty Talk’ – metallic burgundy
‘Scorched’ – deep red metallic with gold micro-shimmer
‘Cayenne’ – deep terracotta matte
‘En Fuego’ – burgundy matte
‘Ashes’ – deep red-brown matte
‘Ember’ – metallic copper-burgundy
There is a great mix of mattes and shimmers in the palette and the quality of the shadows is really nice. They are all quite pigmented with minimal fallout and blend really well.
I think this palette would suit all skin tones and I love how well the shades work together. If you’ve been on the fence about picking this one up, I definitely recommend it!
