It’s time for my September favourites. This month has flown by but has overall been a good one. I’m so happy that autumn has finally arrived and am very much looking forward to October. From Thanksgiving to Halloween, to everything in between I think it’s going to be a great month! But for now, here are my five favourites from September:
Boscia Clear Complexion Willow Bark Spot Treatment. Toward the end of the month I suffered from an unusual breakout and this pen has been a lifesaver. The pen applicator makes it easy to apply and it works quickly providing results right away. I apply the formula onto any blemishes I have and it reduces redness and swelling. I have incorporated this into my nightly skincare routine and am quite happy with how well it has worked for me.
Kate Spade earrings. I got these super sparkly studs when I was in Toronto and have worn them quite a bit this month. I think they’re so pretty and I think I’ll be breaking these out a lot throughout the holiday season as well.
Essence Ultra-Thin Liquid Liner. When I apply liner, I like more of a thin line to create a subtle look. That doesn’t always happen though with standard liquid liner. I love Essence as a drugstore brand so I picked up their new ultra-thin liner pen and love it! Creating thin lines is so easy now and you can create thicker liner with it too if that’s more your style. For a couple dollars, this is really a steal.
MAC Lipstick in ‘Rebel’. I picked up this gorgeous shade at the beginning of the month and have worn it a lot since then. It’s a purple-y, berry shade that is perfect for this time of year. It’s a satin finish and wears quite nicely. It’s not drying on the lips and is a colour I will continue to wear all throughout the season.
Bath & Body Works lotion. I’m a sucker for fall scents, so I couldn’t resist picking up these mini lotions in ‘Cinnamon Pumpkin’ and ‘Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte’. I opted for the small size as I really don’t need more lotion, but they’re so handy to stick in a handbag and they both smell delicious!
What have you been enjoying this month?
