I couldn’t be more excited that fall is finally here! It is my favourite time of year and with the shift in seasons I have been enjoying a lot of products this month. Here are some of my favourites:
Estée Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow*
This daily moisturizer gives a sheer coverage that illuminates and hydrates the skin. I’ve noticed my skin getting a bit drier the past couple weeks so I’ve been loving the glowy finish this base has been giving me. I love using the liquid for a foundation base and the balm inside the cap as a base for my highlighter.
Vita Liberata pHenomenal 2-3 Week Tan Mousse*
Towards the beginning of the month I wanted to preserve what little tan I had left which is why I gave this tanning mousse a try. You leave it on for 4-8 hours to develop before rinsing it off. You’re left with a natural looking tan than doesn’t dry your skin out. It’s odorless and lasts for 2-3 weeks. For best results it is recommended that you apply it three times. While I won’t be self tanning through the fall, I’m looking forward to bringing this out again next summer!
Bath & Body Works Scented Candle in ‘Leaves’
This is the ultimate autumn scent! I’m so obsessed with it and the packaging is really pretty too. With notes of red apple, clove, and golden nectar it is such a warm and cozy scent for this time of year. Bath & Body Works has a lot of nice candles out this fall but this one is by far my favourite.
Jason Wu for Caudalie Beauty Elixir*
I love face mists and this has been my most recent addition. The mist has a slight mint scent to it which is super refreshing! The packaging is beyond stunning and works well for all skin types.
Antica Farmacista Room Fragrance in ‘Prosecco’*
I have been using this room spray a lot this month in my bedroom. With notes of satsuma, apricot, and sugared black currant, it has a fresh, calming scent that I love. The bottle is so pretty and it gives my room a really luxurious feel whenever I use it.
GOSH 9 Shades palette in ‘To Be Cool In Copenhagen’*
This palette includes 9 shades that are quite pigmented and blend together really nicely. I think it makes a great transitional palette from summer to fall. It has a great range of matte shades and the packaging is nice too. I love that it is all black and comes with a mirror.
Korres Wild Rose Oil*
This is the prettiest oil I have ever seen. The photo doesn’t even begin to do it justice, but the oil is infused with real rose petals and is just gorgeous. This oil absorbs quickly and makes my skin brighter and softer, so needless to say, I’m obsessed! It smells incredible and can be used morning and night. It is 94.5% natural as well!
This body moisturizer is lovely. With the colder weather approaching I really tried to get in the habit of moisturizing after my showers since it’s something I rarely remember to do. This has been my go-to moisturizer because the gel texture feels so nice on the skin and it absorbs quickly so I can get dressed right away. The formula contains shea butter and has a light, citrus scent that is quite refreshing.
GOSH Primer + Skin Perfector – Illuminating*
This primer gives my skin such a nice, natural looking glow while evening out my skin tone. It’s moisturizing for my dry skin and my foundation lasts a lot longer when I wear it. I struggle to find drugstore primers that work well so I am really happy to have found this gem!
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum
I got a deluxe sample of this serum in a gift with purchase early in the month. I was really excited to give it a try because it has been on my wishlist for ages and it didn’t disappoint! It feels so luxurious on my skin and absorbs quickly. It has helped with dryness and has boosted my skin’s radiance.
Laura Mercier One Step Cleanser*
This has been my go-to cleanser for the past couple of months and I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned it sooner! It foams up nicely so my skin always feels super clean after I use it. I love the pump and how nourishing it feels on my skin. It has helped tremendously with breakouts and makes my skin super soft. If you’re in the market for a new cleanser, I definitely recommend checking this one out!
The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins
I’ve read this book before but wanted to reread it before the movie comes out on October 7th. It was just as good the second time around and I really recommend giving it a read if you like thrillers.
Vichy Ideal Body Spa Shower Gel-Cream*
This shower gel has been a real treat to have this month. It cleanses and hydrates the skin, which is really nice as my skin has been noticeably drier toward the end of the month. It is super nourishing, smells great, and leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. If you get dry skin this time of year, I definitely recommend picking this up!
What have you been enjoying most this month?
