Not that I get particularly tanned in the summer, but I get extra pale as winter hits. Bronzer becomes a main staple in my daily makeup routine, but it’s important to me that it’s subtle. Because I’m so pale I want it to give me a bit of a glow but still look healthy and natural. So today I’ve rounded up my top 3 favourite bronzers to give me a natural glow all year round.
First up is The Balm Bahama Mama. This bronzer has no orange undertones making it perfect for achieving a natural look. It has a matte finish that blends beautifully into the skin. This bronzer can also double as a contour powder, which is great. This bronzer is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way. It’s also quite long wearing, making it my go-to for a long day.
Next is the Rimmel London Natural Bronzer in the shade ‘Sunshine’. This is by far the best drugstore bronzer I’ve used. It blends really nicely and isn’t too pigmented making it the perfect option for fair girls. There are only 4 shades to choose from in this range, so it might not work well for everyone, but I’ve had great luck with the lightest shade.
Last but not least is the bronzer included in the Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette in the shade ‘Naked’. This product is nice because you actually get a blush and a highlighter included in the product. I find this bronzer isn’t too pigmented, which got a lot of complaints, but for me that was a selling feature. It blends so nice and subtly on the skin but also builds up quite easily too. It’s a nice shade and is the bronzer I used the most lately.
