I think our hands often get neglected when it comes to taking care of ourselves. They are used for so much yet often I forget about them when it comes to a pamper evening but they deserve just as much care (if not more) than the rest of my body. I have been trying to make more of a conscious effort to care for them and have found some really great products to help with that. Some of my favourites are:
Look Beauty Hand Treatment Manicure*
This is one I love when I really want to give my hands a treat. You get gloves that are to be worn for 20-30 minutes and provide your hands with intense moisture. I like that I can’t use my hands while I have the gloves on so it really gives me a chance to unwind. After I take off the gloves my hands feel really soft, nourished, and hydrated.
Lauren B. Beauty Polishing Hand Scrub*
This scrub contains Vitamin E, aloe oil, and sunflower seed oil. It is eco-friendly and works to exfoliate, anti-age, brighten, soften, and protect against environmental stress! I love how refreshed my hands feel after using this.
Rituals The Ritual of Ayurveda Hydrating Hand Lotion*
This hand lotion has an Indian rose and sweet almond oil scent which is so lovely! It has a comforting scent to it and I love applying it at bed time as it has a relaxing effect. The formula is rich but doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. This lotion is really hydrating so it’s great for dry skin!
Lauren B. Beauty Nourishing Hand Cream*
This hand cream has an orchid and peony scent that smells so good! The formula contains antioxidants, peptides, and amino acids. This one is also rich yet not greasy and really moisturizes my skin.
Rituals The Ritual of Dao Silence 3-in-1 Hand Scrub*
This hand scrub feels so luxurious and I love using it when I’m really looking to treat myself. It softens the skin and feels so refreshing. It smells nice and is gentle enough to use daily. If you have sensitive skin, this would definitely be a really great option for you!
